One of my co-worker's boyfriend Aunt has gotten married and she did not attend the wedding. When I asked why? she said that the Aunt was has asked anyone who wished to attend to pay $60 per person and she will enclose a ticket to hand in at the door on the day of. My first reaction was Woahh...why would someone charge for wedding attendance? I think that's very rude and classless. Then my co-worker adds that her boyfriend's mom had purchased 2 tickets(1 for him and 1 for his mom) so that she couldn't go unless HE bought a ticket for her. Who does that??? I personaly feel that if one does not have the funds or the financial capability to have a wedding there's other alternatives such as JOP, a small reception or just WAIT until you have money. I would be offended really.
