So its not a hula hoop but same concept. With a supplies list, and directions.

I did! You need lots of flowers for sure. Probably more than you think. I just bought two floral blocks from dollar tree, cut out a place for the hula hoop to sit inside. I would suggest having a second person to help attaching the hula hoop to the blocks. But really the rest is just adjusting the flowers to your liking.

View Quoted Comment I believe my cake will be about the same size. I just measured my hoop and it’s space from one side to the other is 27 inches. With the holder and plate, it leaves me about 23 inches. I got my hula hoop from target, took off the covering and spray painted it gold.
