Hytch Wedding in Reno/lake Tahoe area

Our daughter is getting married in September. We are using A service in Reno for the ceremony. We will have around 25 guest. Our package includes the outside location, arch, flowers, officiant, photographer. Of course we had to add on to the package to get what we wanted. The only people there will be the officiant and photographer to set up and take down the arch, do the ceremony and take the photos. Do we need to tip them? Also the reception is at a hotel where we have to use their catering and bartender service. Do we tip them? We are bringing in a DJ so we will dip him or her. Just not sure with these package deals. Any thought?
