i am doing my hair and makeup my self bc a artist is out of budget

This is just my opinion, but I think if I was only going to put money towards one of those, I'd go with hair! Its the most noticeable in photos. You could easily get an updo done for the same price of acrylic nails. Then for your nails, I've used the Kiss brand glue on nails multiple times and I love them. They work really well and look really good, and cost like $8. Can't be beat!

Have you checked thumbtack.com for an inexpensive hairstylist/makeup artist?

Also, something else to consider...I used a beauty college to do my nails for free while technicians were in training. I agree with Carissa that hair is most important.

I’m not sure if there are anywhere you live but I would look into a blow dry bar or even just a salon that can do a blow out. In my area, it’s normally 40-50 dollars which I don’t think would be too bad for wedding hair. They would likely be able to put waves and curls in your hair as well.

I would put hair as your first priority. You'll see your hair in every single picture, but not necessarily your nails
