I think the classic simplicity of the dress lends it to nearly any venue. Besides, is there such a thing as “too much” when it comes to your wedding dress? 😆
I was quoted $1200 alterations for the second dress 😭. I don’t need alterations on the 3rd dress. I would need about $600 alterations on the first dress
Rarely does someone post 3 such different gowns, and all pf them are beautiful gowns, and very flattering to your figure. 1 ballgown is perfect simplicity, and so romantic. #2 You should get to change into, but find another gown, another maker, with the same features that doesn't need 1200 alterations. What did it cost to begin with? Who made it and what alterations besides hemming and bustling? If you are getting 2 gowns, you should not paying that 1200 alterations. If you eed a different size, that is doable

Well noted! I was told that due to the hem being complex with all of the layers and the bustling and the lace work to tighten/form it to my body, the total would be $1200. Hem and bustle on the first dress is $600. The cost of the second dress was $1400 by Madison James but I found the sample for $600.
