i can’t reply to vendors

Maybe the holidays and many are on vacation
Would try and call.

Most vendors have websites so I would google them and send them an email rather relying on WeddingWire to communicate. You should also be able to locate a telephone number for them so it might be easier to call them. I would tell them that you were previously talking to them through WeddingWire, but you were experiencing an issue with WeddingWire so you wanted to reach out to them through phone or email whichever way you choose.

Apparently I got reported as spam!!!!! Does anyone know how to fix that??

You'll have to wait until they reinstate your privileges. I would definitely just reach out to them on your own without going through WeddingWire. It is quicker and you won't have to sit around waiting until you can use WeddingWire again to contact them.
