i don't know what to do with my hair

I'm trying to decide how to wear my hair the day of the wedding. My hair should be about collar bone length by then, and I have a long but plain veil to wear. Below are pictures of my dress for reference. I had originally planned to wear my hair down and in soft loose curls, but now I'm wondering if that might not be the best hairstyle for this dress given how short my hair is. Thoughts? Did any of you have a dress with straps, and if so what did you do with your hair?

    I liked the back of my gown but I didn’t look good with an updo so I went with half up half down. You can try some different hair styles and trials to see what looks best on you

    Given the V neck of the dress, I think yo can do just about anything you like. I think wearing your hair down in loose curls would look lovely. I also think a half up-half down style would look very nice Smiley smile

    I love the half up, half down look. It gives you a wonderful in between. But honestly, I think your original idea will look beautiful.

    I would hire a hair stylist and ask her if you can do an updo and have it down for your trial so you can see both.
