I find that a wider belt looks better on me, because I have no waist and I have to give the illusion that I do.
Pants and dresses hit lucky folks on the waist....on me they hit on my stomach.
So a wider belt makes me look a little longer in that area
You could get a blue belt to match your honey and switch to blue shoes , as your something blue.

In my opinion Royal blue would look fabulous on you! With your hair and skin tone, I think it's one of your colors.

OO good idea! Yes I was thinking a Wider band. i tried it with a smaller one last night that I already had and it just didn't work. I do love Royal Blue. I think I'm going to keep the red shoes, though. They're ridiculously comfortable. We'll all just be a colorful mismatched hodge podge. I think that's OK though.

I'm always a colorful hodgepodge, but I think in this case, the red shoes will break the visual line. The blue will flow more and make it more polished...again, just the designer in me.🤦🤷
If not, every eye will miss your beautiful face, dress and hair and go right for the shoes!

Save the red for the party at the reception comfort is ok then.

I had actually looked for blue ones before I found the red ones. I'll keep looking or I'll do a sparkly belt instead. I had these beautiful velvet royal blue ones a few years ago that my dog ate. I've been looking for the same ones ever since. Because I have autimmune arthritis I can't just buy shoes online. I have to make sure they are comfy or it'd be so much easier
