I found the secret to fast weight loss!! No Joke!

Ok so last night I went to "spin" class. Some places call it Cycle. OMG.........seriously the BEST workout ever! I literally felt my fat melting as I spun away.

I met a nice lady who has lost 100lbs in a year of taking this class for 1 hour a day, 3 days a week. If you have not tried it yet, you have to!

Just thought I'd share because I know a lot of us brides are looking to drop weight fast for the big day.

    I disagree. I have tried spin classes before and while they are great for toning the backside, I have never experienced rapid weight loss with the classes alone.

    I'm addicted to spin class. I go 3 times per week and I've lost 30 pounds! The intense cardio of spin class, along with me eating right and the pounds melted off. I get so many compliments about my weight loss all the time. I agree that you do have to incorporate healthy eating as well in order to lose weight, but spin is my all time favorite work out! I'm addicted! haha Smiley smile

    Yup!

    Thisis week 3 for me of it and I am down 9 LBS!!!

    along with eating better and making sure I eat at least 3 times a day!

    I LOVE spin!!!!! I highly suggest getting the padded cycling shorts! It helps!!

    It does not work for everyone. My SIL TEACHES spin and cannot "lose" weight. She is in shape but thats not how her body sheds fat. She only teaches because it keeps her legs strong for work. (she walks up and down a mountain all day. Literally)

    If you want to lose weight spinning you can. You just have to watch you eat as well. Its a form of cardio, if you are burning more calories then you take in, you will lose weight, period.

    I agree with you .....Spinning can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout -- burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape and i can say this in so much confidence because i have experienced it.Its very effective.....

    Yes get the seat!!! I tried it the first time without it & boy did I regret it! But even with the padded seat cover, you have to get used to it. I got mine at Target for $18.

    Out of all the classes I take (BodyPump, Cardio-Kickbox, Pilates, Zumba)..... This class is the most effective because of the sweat factor. I don't sweat in my other classes like I do in this one.

    Spin class is an excellent way to sweat off the pounds....

    It's the bike seat that I hate...so I run instead lol

    Really, i was always a little scared of Spinning, i am on this Zumba kick right now but ill try spinning since you guys swear by it!!!

    Once you start spinning for a couple of weeks your butt will get used to it, I promise! I bought spin shoes a little over a year ago when I first started spinning and they make a world of a difference! I'd highly suggest investing in some! Smiley smile
