This sounds like a FedEx problem, not an Azazie problem.

Too late now, but future reference always take a pic of the package dropped off with a date and time!! I had something similar happen when I tried to return a phone and FedEx didnt scan it in, so I called up the phone company and said I had proof I dropped it off, a week later they called back and said the recieved the phone. I would call up the company and just explain what happened, maybe they can look into it

Email Azazie support and let them know what is going on. They were super helpful to me when I needed a few extra days with some bridesmaids gowns that I tried on.

I wouldnt blame Azazie for the issue, saying it’s a bad idea to order from them, it’s a Fedex issue. Just call Azazie and let them know what is going on

I'm not saying Azazie as a company is a bad idea. I was very nervous about the whole return within 7 days thing and sure enough, I am having an issue. Not blaming Azazie at all...just that I was worried something would happen and it did.
