I love using the word fiancé(e) - true or false?

True! And I absolutely agree with everyone who says it feels to braggy/showboaty, lol. I’m definitely comfortable letting everyone know how excited I am to get to marry my girl.

The only thing i don’t like is that saying it, it’s gender neutral. I can’t wait to marry her in a few days and call her my wife, so people can stop assuming it’s a guy!

False - as some others have mentioned I feel like it makes it sound like a brag. I'm not looking for extra attention around it so I'll just keep using boyfriend for now

False - Although that's what I am, I've been one before and it really doesn't affect me like it did when I was younger. I will say it but I don't put a lot of emphasis on it. When we talk to each other, we will say it playfully with emphasis because we've been together so long and now we're about to be married. I love him infinitely and wife is more important that fiance

TRUE. lol but it was hard to make the adjustment from boyfriend to fiancé, I kept forgetting at first. but now after 2 whole months I think i finally got it 😂

Not a fan of the way the word sounds, for some reason! Sometimes I still call him my boyfriend, and correct myself. Just doesn’t sound natural. I think husband will sound better than fiancé.

False. I still catch myself calling him my boyfriend, and he's okay with it. I have always had problems with attachment and showing the typical romantic emotions. I show it in my own way, and saying fiancé just sounds too showy for me, and makes me feel odd. For me it is either boyfriend or husband.

Oh, I absolutely love saying it! We have been engaged for a little over a year and still has not gotten old. Pretty sure my FIANCE adores saying it too!

TRUE 100%. Whenever says boyfriend or girlfriend im quick to correct lol. I love it honestly saying "my fiance and I went to the movies... etc" stuff like that
