I discarded my favorite venue! I haven't heard back from them, yet and I hit the wrong key when I was checking my emails. How can I fix this???

Hi,
Does your trash folder in your email instantly delete emails permanently? If not, it should still be there in your trash folder. I think my setting is to permanently delete every 30 days.
