Try this. Check the reviews. They customize dresses if you send them a pic of what you want. I ordered a different dress from them that has tons of positive reviews (it should get here tomorrow) but they were easy to work with. You send them measurements and info / pics on the customization you want and they make the dress. Mine is getting here before the estimated time. So far I can say they were great to work with.
