I have had a lot of good luck with researching eating to your blood type. I'm down 10 lbs with diet and exercise since starting it in November. You have time, so don't start freaking out yet about this. No matter what, you will be beautiful on your wedding day, regardless of what the numbers on the scale say.

See if your health plan covers a visit with a nutrionist. Mine did and I went to one to talk about healthy diets and it was only $20 copay.

It was great to get all my questions answered by a professional. Smiley smile

As for working out find a hobby you enjoy so you'll stick with it. I love hot yoga and running.

    Everyone has their thing.

I started a new system. I'm still in the first week of it, but I feel great so far. I can let you know how it goes once I start weighing in.

I second weight watchers! I have lost close to 40 pounds since July and I 100% have not cheated myself out of anything.

Weight watchers. Or my fitness pal if you can't afford weight watchers. And get a pedometer so you know how much you are or aren't walking. You can get fancy ones like fitbit for $100+ or another frills version for maybe $15.

I use the app MyFitnessPal. I had NO idea what I was actually eating until I had to list it everyday.

I'm also trying to lose 60 lbs but by August. I'm doing Zumba, juice cleanses, and a lot of cardio. Me and FH are doing the Netflix workout also whenever we stay home.

Stay away from all pop and don't drink 30 min before meals or 30 min after a dietician told me too much water/fluid will just wash out the food from your stomach before proper digestion and you will be hungry sooner also eat your protein first Smiley smile good luck Smiley smile

MyFitnessPal is fantastic and eye opening. My portion sizes were, in some cases (breakfast cereal...), almost double what I thought. Weighing (solid food) and measuring (liquids) is a pain to start off with, but you get into the swing of it and it works. I lost 25 pounds in six months using MFP; I did also up my exercise but realistically, losing weight is 90% diet 10% exercise - as someone said, you can't out-run a bad diet. I didn't stop eating the things I like, I just ate less of them and fitted them in to my calorie allowance.

Definitely look into weight watchers, I've never not lost weight with them. And also, invest in a scale for your kitchen to weigh food out. I still am surprised by portion sizes today! Smiley smile

I started eating clean in June and am down 45 pounds and many more inches. I do strength training 2 times a week and cardio 4 times a week. I drink 1/2 my weight in water each day and make sure to take multi vitamin to get the nutrients that my food isn't providing!

I do low carb. I lost 94lbs in 360 days and all I did was quit carbs. No gym. No exercise. Just watched my carb intake. 25g net or less per day. 1400 calories. 80-100g protein per day.
