HELP! I need to shed some weight so that I look good in all my pics and for my wedding of course. I need any ideas on how I can make that happen. Any exercise techniques, or workouts like boot camps for brides LOL anything will be accepted. Thanks for your help!!!

Sparkpeople.com is a great tool I think someone else already said that. I really like the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels while I didn't finish it, it was a good work out. Lots of cardio. I'm doing Atkins which is helping me out a lot, but that may not be for everyone.

Beachbody is a great workout platform!! Also, don’t put huge pressure on your self to lose weight, and especially to lose weight fast!! It you crash diet you are more than likely to go right back to eating the way you usually do, and gaining back even more than you lost!! Also, your fiancé loves you they way you are right now. The body you are in is YOU! Don’t try to create what you think you need to look like in your wedding pictures. If anything focus on toning what you have and just trying to be an overall healthier and active version of you!! ❤️
