I had my dress made and today I went for my first fitting. I love everything about my dress but the bottom part is throwing me off because it looks like its folded material which makes it look like a ring around the bottom. I asked the consultant was it supposed to be that way and she said yes that's how its made. Im thinking about calling back tomorrow and speaking with someone else but I wanted to make sure its not just me. Does the bottom look normal or does it look like something isnt completed?
