i think I'm changing my wedding venue.

I have a few concerns with my current venue. They haven't been open for months. (I mean obviously covid). But they haven't updated anything. It's making me nervous. I don't want to wait or pay the full amount and be stuck. I have been very casually looking at other options. I found a beautiful venue, it's half the cost of my current venue and they have my date available. It's fate. It's by a river, it's beautiful. We are touring this weekend. If all goes well that will be our venue.
My current venue is inside with an outdoor ceremony. This potential new venue is fully outdoor by a river, they have a heat reduction tent and everything.

Note, this current venue has been running weddings still under the guidelines of 50% capacity, they never closed. So at worst it's reduced capacity.
