i want to wear makeup but my husband doesn't care for makeup at all

Hi my name is DeAnndrea I never wear makeup before when I met my husband I didn't have makeup on but I told him I'm interested in wearing it but idk when so we're renewing our wedding vows on June 30 this month and we never had a real ceremony before because we got married almost 8 years ago at justice of peace the courthouse and I want to look nice for our wedding day so if I wanted to wear makeup what's the best simple look for me that is natural???

    Pinterest is a great resource! You can also do a google image search to find some good looks. Your local salons will also have examples of looks they've done in the past to help you.

    Here are a few natural looks I found.

    My mua was telling me her husband thought he didn’t like makeup either but it wasn’t until they started dating that he saw it applied properly and now he loves it. You can go for a more natural look so to help you look more polished.

    I only ever wear mascara and my fiance is against me wearing more at the wedding, he says I wont look like myself and he doesn't want to marry a stranger

    If you're someone who doesn't wear makeup on a daily-basis, there are so many "natural" looks you can go with! I would explain to FS why you would like to wear makeup for your special day.

    Additionally, let him know that professional pics make you look completely washed out if you don't have some type of coverage on your face!

    Ask for a "no makeup makeup" look. It is similar to what was posted above but it can be even more toned down.
