I think the Chocolate Lavender sounds amazing!

Avocado ice cream?!?!?! I love avocados, but I don't think I could handle that!

Guys, avocado ice cream is better than sex.

I would do avocado, strawberry basil, or one of the chocolates.

Mint, Olive Oil Vanilla Bean or Chocolate Chip. Definitely try to go with classic flavors that people are familiar with.

I've had strawberry balsamic and avocado and they are both AWESOME. They sound so off the wall but are totally delicious. I vote for one of those!

Thanks for the input. My FH and I love trying new things so we thought it would be cool to have a flavor people would never pick on their own.
BUT I see what you guys are saying. I'd hate to have this and no one eats it!

How adventurous are your guests? I'd choose something more to their taste.

Side note: how is it they don't offer green tea? That's my favourite flavour.
