Ice Cream Flavors

I'd pick lemon!

I've actually had goat cheese ice cream and it was amazing! However, it was paired with dried cherries, not beets. The beets make me sad.

Chocolate chip... Those fancy ones I wouldn't touch.

Espresso chip sounds tasty...

I'd go the strawberry balsamic or lemon custard, so you'd have a fruity in addition to your caramel. Chocolate ones are always popular, but a similar like "flavour profile" to the caramel in my opinion

I have to agree with the other lactose ladies, that it would be smart to offer a sorbet option as well. Maybe ask the caterer if they can have a small amount of sorbet avilable (different than the flavor for the intermezzo) for your lactose guests.

As far as ice cream, most of those are a tad to adventurous for me. I'd go with a more popular flavor like chocolate chip or mint chip or lemon custard or espresso chip. Any of those would be crowd pleasers. If you want to go slightly adventurous with the second flavor then one of the chocolate flavors would be your best bet, but they might be too adventurous for some.

The only ones that sound good just by the name are the espresso chip, mint chip and of course chocolate chip. I'm sure some of these others may be good but I'd be hesitate to try them..beet and goat cheese...avocado..

Chocolate lavender! I love the adventures flavors. It's ice cream, guys, it can't be bad.
