Ideas for engagement photos?

Hi all, we got engaged in June of this year and I was hoping to do our engagement shoot in November-December or do, or possibly January-February of next year. We live in Chicago so that time of year there’s always the possibility of having snow on the ground, so we can’t count on it being outside. I also wouldn’t want us to be in our puffy coats lol. Any ideas for where we could do it? I love my city but outside of the Field Museum or Art Institute I’m drawing a blank. What did you do for an engagement shoot?

    If you wanted to have outside elements, you could try an indoor garden like the Garfield Park Conservatory in Chicago Smiley smile my fiancé and I had ours in a park because we love the outdoors

    Hey there Alejandra Smiley smile Do you plan on hiring a photographer for the shoot? If so, I would recommend you loop in with him/her. If he/she is local, they often have great ideas and suggestions of where to take photos.
