Ideas for Natrual venue locations on or Coast

Hi Breanna! First off, your wedding vision sounds absolutely lovely.

Second, you could try contacting state parks on the Oregon coast to see what kind of certifications and rules they have for using their land.

Most "park" or nature-area weddings require some kind of permit in order to have people and an event there, along with chairs/tables rented and on their grounds.

Are there any parks on the Oregon coast that you have seen and might be interested in?

Hey Breanna! I just got married at Cape Kiwanda on the Oregon Coast. The whole coast is absolutely beautiful, we took a road trip down to Cali and you can’t go wrong with any spot on the OR coast! Your vision sounds gorgeous! I would highly suggest seeking out a coordinator to help you pick the perfect location and help with all the logistics including the reception. This should help alleviate some of the stress of planning since they are familiar with the options available.

I’d suggest Erika from the Greatest Adventure Weddings- she’s based out of Seattle but travels everywhere and was a godsend for us! She did our coordinating, officiating, florals, and decor/rentals - that saved me from having to contract four separate vendors and she’s freakin’ awesome at everything! I thought with such a small ceremony that a coordinator was a waste but I quickly learned how much headaches it saved me. We just returned from our honeymoon and then I got this sudden sickness for a few days so haven’t had a chance to review her on Wedding Wire yet but I will be shortly! Sharing some pics from our day so you can see all her awesomeness! Another great option is Mae & Co out of Portland.

Hi Breanna, I just went to a wedding at McMannins (sp) in Gearhart Oregon. It was absolutely incredible. People could stay at condos at the golf course for cheap too!! Best wishes!
