Ideas for older kids in wedding

There are 6 children (niece/nephews) that I want to make feel involved in the wedding-I’m thinking ushers etc-they are too old to be ring bearers/flower girls…any ideas as to what I can have them do?

Most of our bridal party were our niece's and nephews. The older ones were groomsmen and bridesmaids and the younger ones were our ring bearers.

Who says they are too old? I've see grandma's be flower girls (or would that be flower women?) Remember the only people you need to please is you and your fiance. Do what feels right to you guys and what makes you both happy.

You could definitely have them be ushers!! Some can hand out programs, and others can guide guests to their seats! ❤️

My fbil had his brother and sister be junior bridesmaid/groomsman. They still enter with the wedding party, but have less of the responsibilities of a full bridesmaid/groomsman. They were about 8 and 10 at the time. They will be full bridesmaid/groomsman in our wedding since they are now 13 and 14.
