Ideas for roles for an Uncle?

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas of something nice I could have my uncle do for the wedding? He is my dad's twin brother and always has been very close to my heart. I am having my grandmother lead the prayer before dinner but I am wondering if there is anything he could do.
