I think cake table would work or perhaps a guest book table or gift table. The benefit of having it around your cake table is you'll have pictures of it when you cut your cake, so it will be highlighted in your photos a couple of times. It would probably create a pretty scene with you cutting your cake in the center of flowers.

Not sure if you are the type of person who wants full control of the music, but you could see if it would fit around your DJ table and it could block people from going up and requesting songs you don't like it's very pretty.

You could put it in front of the door you are going to make your grand entrance as a couple into the reception as. Like inside the reception room so all the guests would see it as you and the bridal party enter !

Love this too! We actually had our eating portion of the wedding before our ceremony and our "arch" was a floral arrangement suspended from the ceiling which acted as the focal point above the stationed food, where we had our ceremony, and then where the dance floor was! Totally into multi use items!

If you can repurpose those flowers for centerpieces, around the guest book/check in table, that would be great too, or even if you’re having a photobooth!
