I'm i the only one worried about back fat?

I am a bigger girl, I really try to hide my body (which my fiance hates, cause he loves my curves). My wedding dress is the first thing I have ever felt truly beautiful in, but then I see the pictures my friends have taken with me in it at the bridal shop and all I see is back and armpit fat and I freak. I keep telling myself I am going to do something about it but then I am a stress eater and I am so tired after work I have no motivation to do anything. I'm I the only one going through this? My friends and fiance keep trying to reassure me that I will be fine and look beautiful... Blah blah blah, but I am so scared of looking so horribly fat and gross. Please tell me I am not the only one this terrified.
