Anyone else here obsessed with entering wedding contests and giveaways? It's totally worth it! I've only been engaged a month and I've already won 3 free bridesmaid dresses from kennedy blue, a $75 gift card to With This Bling, and a $250 David Tutera earrings and necklace set!!     I entered quite a few at a wedding show and I did win one that was legit. Its an app where people will upload the photos they are taking at the wedding and will pop up live on a screen. Its a nice way to get all my photos in one place, especially since we don't have a hashtag for the wedding.

    I love contests too! That's how we got married. We were married live on Good Morning America because of it. We're still having a vow renewal in November and will be using the wedding gown and tuxedo we were given through the GMA wedding. We were also given a honeymoon to Disney World which we will use after our Nov vow renewal Smiley laugh you never know what could happen!!

    I won a free hoodie on FB with our date on it. And $1,000 off of a photography package but we ended up not even meeting with them.

    We won a free engagement photo session, and LOVED our photographer so much we booked them for the wedding..... at twice our photography budget *face palm*

    They were worth shifting priorities for, and we know we're going to be happy with them on the day of. So I count it as a win lol

    O I forgot all about the one thing I did win at a bridal show I attended in January. It was for a reception or rehearsal dinner on yacht. I was so excited then I read the fine print......it was for $500 dollars off a package, a package that originally cost 10,500 for 50 people on certain dates not including the actual meal. oh and I had by June to redeem it.

    I'm alittle late to weddings giveaways but been engaged for like 3 months. I just found out about it now and been entering contest like crazy. From honeymoons,wedding invitations,dresses, or just money I have enter them.

    Just curious...would you ever pay a processing fee for a chance to WIN? For example, I know of contest that is about to launch. The newly engaged couple would be required to pay a processing fee for a chance to win their wedding/reception/cake, catering, wedding photography and video, the bridal gown and grooms tuxedo and finally a 5 night stay at an Italian Villa in Temecula Valley Wine Country, CA. Her's the catch the processing fee is $150.00. Do you think its worth it
