Just Said Yes July 2023

I’m sooo confused !

Nikki, on March 31, 2023 at 9:50 AM Posted in Planning 0 6
So I got my wedding invitations and RSVP’s through vista print. They came in today, and I see something weird..

My RSVP envelopes have my address of the back flap, AND my vendors address on the front! I’m aggravated and don’t know what to do! They were supposed to get sent out tomorrow !!
What do I do ?? 😭

That's super frustrating! Sorry to hear they made an error! I would use new envelopes and write your address on each one just so you can still send them out. Once you get your invitations sent out, I would then reach out to Vista Print with photos of the error, and request a refund. Otherwise, since it looks like your wedding is at the end of July, you still have some time, and you could wait to send out your invitations and see if Vista Print will send you new RSVP envelopes.

I'd have them redone. If your wedding is at the end of July, then it is way too early to send invitations anyway. Six to eight weeks ahead of time is appropriate.

Sorry that happened. I can imagine you were super excited, too. You can reprint your guest envelopes yourself with labels: Excel guest list, Word- Mailings- Envelopes. Or insert envelopes one by one. Or handwrite. Or you can wait for a reprint from your vendor. Invites are acceptable to at 6-8 wks prior. Good luck,!

It's way too early to be sending out invites yet. They should go out only 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding. I would contact Vistaprint about the issue. I've always been happy with them as I've used them for both personal and work stuff. Hopefully they can help you fix this problem.

Sounds like it was some sort of error, so I’d just contact them to correct it. They typically have good customer service and quick shipping and processing times, so I really wouldn’t stress this too much.
