I'm worried my dress won't fit!

My Wedding is in 22 days and I'm freaking out that my dress won't fit. It started as a regular zip back, but it really didn't fit so I had to have a corset added. I keep gaining weight and I'm afraid that even with the added alterations my dress won't fit. I've been working out and eating better, but I have my days where I slip up and lose focus. I need help!!

    You are going to have to be hardcore for the next 22 days. Up the cardio, eat lots of fruits and veggies, and drink lots of water. Even five pounds makes a huge difference. Limit your calories to 1200 per day. You should try www.sparkpeople.com. It's a great tool!

    Good luck. i have trouble w/ self control!!! decrease carbs... its not the healthiest option, but it does work!

    I'm with Elle y on this one.... go low carbs, but also low sugar.... I am doing the belly fat cure diet, and on that you are only allowed 120grams of carbs a day and 15 grams of sugar. I lost 15 pounds in a month doing this. Also cut out all artificial sweeteners and alcohol except for red wine. Good Luck and stick to it! You only have 3 weeks to go, and all of your hard work and dedication will pay off when you look like a million bucks in your dress!

    Mzzpink - what is this "belly fat cure diet you speak of"? Is there a dietary regiment other than what you listed above?

    Eric & Rachelle J - I saw it on Dr. Oz there are a handful of books that I bought, but if you Google it or look at the blog below, you can pretty much get all the info you need. I'm making it a lifestyle change because I feel healthier and have more energy, I pretty much swear by this diet... I also have a spreadsheet that I use to keep track of everything I put into my body: breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and treats. I am on my 81st day and have lost 35 pounds. I have learned to make the cauliflower pizza crust - actually really good, and spaghetti made out of squash, also very good.     Mariel, I need guidance! I feel like I eat healthy most of the time, but I fall off the wagon about once a week and it screws up all my progress. I need a meal plan that is cheap and easy, and so far I have been falling short of finding one. I'm also doing WW

    Don't forget to drink plenty (a.k.a. tons) of water! Very few of us get the amount of water we need in a day. I have one of those 750ml reusable bottles and every time I drink 3 of those a day I loose weight easier, even if I have not been eating the best. The water helps prevent bloat AND sometimes you think you are hungry when really you are thirsty so it cuts back the appetite

    I am having a hard time with mine too... but mine is worse Smiley sad I can't even get it tied on top. I would have to lose like 5 inches. I have changed my diet like crazy and I tried doing P90X but after 6 weeks I quit because I just gained 3 pounds.
