Im worried

I have the sameeee feelings. It'll all come together. How far away is the wedding? What stuff do you have done/need done?

I would focus on now getting your photographer, caterer, and officiant. Leave the little things like napkins until later. Once you have those 3 locked down, I would find invitations if you haven't already sent them.

Im mostly worried about the brids maid dresses no one has the money for them right now and they take 12 weekes to get in so getting them from a shop isnt happening. So have to order them offline and no one wants to pay to much for a dress they will only wear once witch i understand that. Im just stressed

That's a good start! Have a real reflection on dad cooking before committing is my advice. Do you also want him to walk you down the aisle, would he be cooking on site or before? If on site, does the venue have a kitchen he'd be at all day, or if it's a BBQ situation where he's batch cooking..how is he going to also enjoy the festivities? Before, how will it stay warm/cold/safe to eat/transport?

My first wedding we had family cook and tbh I would never do it that way again. It was stressful af, however it was the cheapest route.

Would you consider the bridesmaids pick a dress out they like/can afford and you pick out the color? That way you're still in control of what color they'd show up in, but you aren't forcing them to put themselves out financially if they can't swing it. If it's doable, covering the dresses if you are stuck on all having the same style is a wonderful gesture.

My best friend requested we all just wore black dresses, I got mine for $10 at the thrift store. Another girl wore a $200 dress. We all looked fine standing next to each other and overall... I doubt anyone gave a hoot about us, the attention was on the bride and her dress

I'd ask a BBQ caterer what they'd charge for your wedding size, you may very well not be out as much as you think and maybe even cheaper than DIY and that way you know it will be done and dad can relax and actually enjoy the wedding.
