You can hire a coordinator for the entire planning process, the months leading up to the event, or even just a day of coordinator. You can find a coordinator in your area by googling, or by searching on yelp, thumbtack, or even on local FB wedding groups. since your wedding is two years away, they may be hesitant to commit and sign contracts at this time. A lot of vendors don’t like to sign contracts more than a year out since they may not know their own personal commitments yet, or what pricing will be for 2025. But if you want to reach out, you could at least get an idea of coordinators in your area, what they provide, and a rough idea of their pricing.

My day of coordinator is decorating and tearing down.

Plan other things ask folks a bit later. I've been engaged for 2 yrs I been planning the whole time. Gives you more time you are not rushed. You can plan something and sit it down for a month or 2 lol like me then go back to it. But I tell you one thing I'm learning. It's a lot and I am happy I started early
