Including Children in the Ceremony

Andrea, on September 30, 2021 at 2:28 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 2 4

Hello! I am getting married in January. My Fiance will have a 4, almost 5, year old daughter at the time. We plan on having her stand at the alter with us, but I was hoping to include her in another way as well. Does anyone have any ideas? We do not currently plan to have a unity ceremony, but open to ideas.

Thank you!!

Flower girl and/or you could read vows to her and gift her something maybe? My fiance is reading vows to my 5 yr old son and my son is also walking me down the aisle.

She could be a flower girl or even walk in the ceremony holding a sign
