We're offering late night flatbreads at our wedding -- a few different types, which will come out around 10PM. I wanted to include it on our printed wedding menus so everyone knows they're coming, especially those with dietary restrictions or those who may not have loved/eaten enough from the buffet dinner. The thing I'm struggling with is that we have a buffet style dinner, so if I list all the appetizers, buffet entrees, sides, desserts, and now flatbreads, the text on the printed menus has to be super small to fit. Do you think it's helpful to list all the flatbread options on the menu so people know what to expect (I'm one of those who would appreciate it if I was attending!)? But should I just keep it off the menu and hope people are still hungry when they come out? Anyone whose has a similar experience with this, I'd love to know your suggestions!
