Industrial Wedding Venue with outside space

Kellie, on May 14, 2017 at 1:00 PM Posted in Planning 0 6

I'm looking for a wedding space that has an industrial feel (exposed brick, beams, etc.), but also has outside space. Most industrial wedding venues are old buildings with no outside space. I like the option of spending some time outside during cocktail hour and having the option for an outside ceremony too. The preferred locations are Pennsylvania and New Jersey. South Jersey predominately since it's substantially less than north jersey. Budget is $20,000 for 75-100 people. I like places like the Foundry (has outside space but too expensive), Front and Palmer, The Booking House, and The Cork Factory Hotel. Your help is greatly appreciated.

You need to check out PartySpace.com! I was looking in the same areas as you (NJ and PA), and that's where I found my venue. They have a lot of unusual venues that I didn't see elsewhere. I'm getting married at Anthony Wayne House (a Jeffrey A Miller venue), which is more rustic than industrial, but my ceremony will be outside. I'd strongly suggest focusing on Philadelphia for a more industrial feel - there will probably be lots more options in the city than in South Jersey. Good luck!!

That combination is really hard to find, especially at that price in almost two years from now. I refer spaces in Passaic and Westfield, but there is no outside space. Brooklyn is going to cost more.

I'm pretty familiar with venues around here, but I can't really think of anything because most of the urban industrial spaces are, well, urban.

The factory workers hall in Collingswood nj is unique and industrial. Silver spoons caterer works out of there. Also Double Nickel brewery in Pennsauken is large and very cool looking. They allow catering. Food trucks could also be a neat idea. They are both close enough to cooper river park for some pretty pictures. I also love the Cork factory hotel. Lancaster is beautiful.

Look up The Bond in York, Pa! It's really pretty inside and I believe I saw they are making a courtyard.

Grounds for sculpture has an industrial looking inside and I believe places on grounds to get married outside.

Thank you so much for all of your replies! I really like the bond and hope they are building a court yard! I'm open to rustic too. I just really would like some outside space
