Inexpensive Rehearsal Dinner Ideas .. New York City/Brooklyn

Hi! I'm looking for options for my rehearsal dinner. We will have about 50 guests, but do not have a large budget. We are looking for any options as unconventional as they might be that would allow us to have a fun rehearsal dinner but for no more than $50 dollars a person (alcohol included). Most guest will be staying in Downtown Brooklyn, but at this point I'm open to any suggestions in a near-ish proximity. Any suggestions welcome!! Our wedding is in November, so anything outside might be off limits :-(

    We decided to do a rehearsal happy hour once we found out that everyone in the bridal party will be available on friday during the day. Most of them are out of towners and coming in a few days before the wedding and my sisters already decided on their own to take that friday off. This helps a lot because I didn't want anyone to feel like they should take time off from work to come to rehearsal and dinner ( we would have done an evening rehearsal if the bridal party hadn't made themselves available on their own for the day time). So we are doing a 3 pm rehearsal happy hour. We will be serving appetizers and drinks for a couple hours. It definitely helps the budget, and I think it's way more fun! So that's an option

    Go very casual a pizza or BBQ restaurant is great its in doors and you have the option for alcohol

    Hey Dana- check out Silver Light Tavern. We cancelled our wedding this year but had planned to have it there. The people were soooo nice (gave us a full refund), the place was super cute, and it was inexpensive compared to places in the area.
