Inexpensive Venues in Maryland and DC area help!!!

I'm trying to find an inexpensive but nice venue in the Maryland D.C. Area. It's been really hard to find anything under 4000. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Deer Creek Overlook in HarCo is cheaper than $4k I believe. They have a great outdoor space and a big reception space and have used mission bbq numerous times - but you can choose any caterer. All proceeds go toward 4-H as well.

Bre, we had our catering done by Dean and Brown. They were incredibly affordable, friendly, responsive, and had multiple back up plans for weather and whatnot. Terry and Christina were fabulous and the food was delicious. I highly recommend them.
