Inexpensive wedding Venue in Miami ($6000)

Shivy, on August 5, 2019 at 9:53 PM Posted in Florida Planning 1 8
Hello beautiful brides/grooms,

I need some help with finding an inexpensive wedding ceremony and reception venue in Miami Fl or south Florida. I know it might be a little unrealistic to be looking for inexpensive venues in Miami but I’m not giving up hope. I have ran into some options that I could work with, but I haven’t found anything that makes me want to stop my hunt. I would love to receive some suggestions or advice, especially based on experiences or wedding that you’ve attended.

Here are some wedding goals:
Guest count : 60 - 80 (depends on what I find)

Venue budget: $6000 with Food & alcoholic
beverages, $5000 would be even better Smiley smile hoping to find somewhere that provide space for ceremony and reception

Date: 4/17/2020 (but anytime during the week of 4/12/2020 would be fine)

Ceremony: outdoors (by the beach would be amazing, I grew up by the beach and have dreamed of this. I’m an island girl who’s also from a big city)

Reception: indoors

Welcome to the WeddingWire community, Shivy!

If you haven't checked it out as part of your venue search so far, I would definitely recommend you check out the WeddingWire venue directory in the Miami and/or South Florida area!

    Miami Wedding Venues

    Florida Keys Wedding Venues

You can filter the selection by capacity, venue type, amenities, and reach out for pricing information via the different venue’s WeddingWire storefronts!

I hope this helps you find a dream venue Smiley smile

    Hi, Shivy

I'm from Miami and it's definitely possible to get a venue with that amount of people for that price. You'll probably save more money if you found a place that lets you bring in your own vendors. From my research, this is the list of affordable places I've found that aren't typical banquet halls and are in beautiful areas (Some are as low as 75/hr to rent):

    1. Cocoplum (They have all inclusive packages)

    2. Coconut Grove Women's Club

    3. Milander Center (It's beautiful and affordable)

    4. FIU Koven's Center (They have a view of Biscayne bay!)

    5. The Shane Center (It has a view of the water!)

And if you're willing to drive a little further:

    1. Anne Colb Nature Center

    2. Garfield community center in Hollywood, FL (It has an ocean view and wrap around balcony)

    3. Miramar Cultural Center

    4. West Broward Hall

I hope this helps! Good luck on your search

No worries! I’d like to add one more venue to the list and that’s the Miami Rowing Club in Key Biscayne. It’s a beautiful drive to the venue but it’s much more casual. Hope it helps!
