Inflammation and Bloating

Nicole , on June 10, 2020 at 12:42 PM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 9
Fellow brides, anyone find awesome natural remedies for inflammation and bloating issues fast prior to your big day? I have some food sensitivities and prone to painful inflammation. By bachelorette party is still happening in July despite my wedding postponement and I’d like to feel a bit more comfortable in my skin.

Thank you! I can’t wait until our wellness center opens again but hopefully my FH will help me out until then.

I would start on probiotics. It's good for stomach irritation and bloating. Papaya enzymes are good also to take when you finish eating.

Activated carbon pills always work for me when I'm bloated. You can try meditation or self hypnosis for the anxiety leading to the stomach issues. By getting super relaxed you can release the tension. There are videos on YouTube.

I feel the same ladies: inflammation more than anything. I wish I was a kid again because I had a great body and great skin. I did not have to work at it at all.
