Hey girls! I began drinking infused water this week in order to detox since I have about 16 days until the wedding! I NEVER drink water so I tried infusing it with fruits to give it a better taste. Do you guys have any recipes? Also, if I add a little sweetener (like Splenda) does that ruin the...

If you are doing a detox or cleanse, skip the sparkling water.
I love mint in my water but I also add decaf green tea or decaf lemon tea to my water while it's cold.

Lemon or lime... Also I love watermelon water. I got one of those infuser pitchers and I jam the middle with watermelon and leave it a day or two. Sooo gooood

Try Apple, orange and lemon with mint leaves. ..sit over night in the frig

I would defiantly forget the spenda! I my favorite fruit water recipe is strawberries and mint! Its amazing! And the strawberries are naturally sweet so you won't even miss the sugar!
