interlocking bridal band set question

chasity, on August 24, 2015 at 9:58 AM Posted in Style and Décor 0 4

My wedding band has two diamonds on it and my engagment ring locks into my band between the two diamonds. my question is...do i lock my rings together before the wedding and not wear my engagment ring or do i wear my engagment ring on my right hand and have the wedding band put on my ring finger with a big gap between the two diamonds?

I don't think it matters either way really. I am in a similar situation. My engagement ring has 1 diamond. It's kind of curvy, and the wedding band wraps around it. I'm just going to wear my engagement ring on my right hand and just have the band put on my finger for the ceremony. When we get back home, I'll be having them soldered together.

That's all just personal preference, do whatever you like better.

I won't be able to switch my e-ring over without taking off my wedding band. i would have to take my band off, interlock the two rings together, and then put them back on my finger. the band itself has a gap in it where the e-ring diamond goes. i won't have to solder mine because when they are interlocked neither ring moves

There will be no close-ups of your ring fingers during the ceremony - that would require the photographer to be a) invasively close, and b) stop the ceremony to photograph it.

Just put your e-ring on your right hand, put the wedding band on during the ceremony, and as soon as you finish your walk down the aisle at the end, stop briefly to take them both off, interlock them, and put them back on.

We are doing our sand ceremony with our kids after we exchange rings. do you think it is going to be noticeable to the guests or show in the photos?
