Hey everyone! Im about 25ish pounds down since i started trying to lose weight- i kinda fell off being super healthy the past 4 weeks- i really am hoping to lose another 7-8 pounds in the next 25 days (😱😱😱) before my wedding. Hey everyone! Im about 25ish pounds down since i started trying to lose weight- i kinda fell off being super healthy the past 4 weeks- i really am hoping to lose another 7-8 pounds in the next 25 days (😱😱😱) before my wedding.

Im researching intermittent fasting- has anyone tried this?? I was looking at the style where you eat for 4 days of the week and fast for 3... So i wouldn't eat monday, Wednesday, Friday... Does anyone know from experience if this is effective?? And any tips and tricks? Of course i know i need to excersise and such!

    I've been doing 16:8 since the spring and find it really works, mostly i think because it limits my food intake by default and keeps me from night snacking which is what always does me in. i still work out every morning and then keep fasting till around noon or 1 every day. i don't deprive myself during my eating window but generally try to stick to high protein and lots of fruit and veg. staying hydrated helps too. i don't weigh myself, because i've had a history of disordered eating, but my clothes fit better now and i feel more comfortable.
