There are restaurants afterwards. You might also be able to do the Hyatt at Clearwater Beach as someone just had an intimate wedding there I saw on a blog. I am going to recommend this blog Marry Me Tampa Bay for a lot of inspiration. My officiant is reasonably priced and she has helped me so much so I would strongly recommend contacting her. If you need to I can also recommend cake places and my photographers and hair and make up artist. I will say for that budget might be cheaper to do the ceremony and go to a restaurant with a private room and there are plenty around Clearwater. We got married at the Hyatt Clearwater and had about 55 people. Depending on what kind of menu you want and how many people you end up with that might work. I would at least call them and get a price list. There are also a few other great hotels on the area that do weddings. I found most of my vendors on this site for our wedding.
