Invitation Question!

Even if it isn't expected we plan on having meals for our vendors (photographer, officiant, entertainment, and DJ). Should we send an invite for them to get their meal choice, and maybe include a note clarifying that? I'm not sure what proper etiquette is for this, and I over ordered a few invitations just in case.

I would just reach out to your vendors directly (either phone call or email) to let them know what dinner options are available and ask what their meal preference is.

No you don’t send them an invite. You contact them the same way as if you had any other business concerns.

Save an invite set for the photographer to film but they are a business working for you, not a guest.

Funny, I asked this exact question a couple of months ago. I'm meeting with my photographer tomorrow and DJ Friday, I plan to ask them their meal choice during our meeting.
