Invitations and Save the Dates - budget vendor recommendations

Hey ladies! I'm looking into invitations and STD vendors and was wondering if you had any recommendations on a great product that doesn't break the bank? I think we'll send about 135-150 invites and STDs max. Thanks in advance!

I got 100 STDs from Vistaprint for $35 plus shipping! Great deal. I signed up for their email notifications and ordered during a 50% off "today only" flash sale. They have since had two other similar events, so there's always a chance to save big.

We are personally using Minted (paying about $400 for Invitations & STD's for 65 people - this does include address printing & the stamps).

I've has several friends use Zazzle & VistaPrint for theirs and both are budget friendly!

We did paperless post for our STD and then got all your invitations from Minted.

We went with Shutterfly because they had a 60% off sale. So we got 215 invitations with gold envelopes for $240. I bought some rhinestone ribbon on Amazon for $15 bucks and forever stamps off eBay a while back when we made our STD for 40cents a stamp. We also found some matching inserts on Groupon for $30 for 200 RSVP cards We really wanted nice invitations but didn't want to spend more than a couple hundred bucks total since we're having so many guests. We made our STD by hand.

I made my own on Vistaprint. Got exactly what I wanted and between STD (2 orders because we had a mishap with our date) and our invitations we spent less than $200.

I think everyone has mentioned these but they are great options: Zazzle, Shutterfly, Anne Bridal Bargain...the 1st 2 ALWAYS have sales & coupon codes available.

Also, you can use Canva to design your own STD or formal invite & then used a printing service (UPS, FedEx, OfficeDepot, VistaPrint, Zazzle, etc) for a personalized & cheaper option.

I designed mine on Greetings Island, and am going to order them through print runner! I am just doing 5x7 cards, and to print them on heavy duty cardstock it will cost about 65 cents a piece!

I got my STD on Shutterfly when they had a coupon, and for my invites I ordered a template on Etsy for $10 and had them printed and cut at OfficeMax/OfficeDepot. It was like $40 to have them printed and cut.

If it helps, I did my STDs through Walgreens and waited for the 60% off which is all the time, along with the menus and a sweet message on the back. My STD I think was maybe 30 something dollars I believe for a 100. I did my wedding backwards so I had made my Formal invitations through MagnetStreet website.
