Invites for in person and zoom?!?!?!

I would personally do two sets. One for those in person with an RSVP and also include the zoom information should the decline to be there in person. Then I’d send an announcement type of notification to those who aren’t invited in person saying that you have had to downsize, have limited seating, etc. but you’d love for them to participate via zoom and give them the information.

Oh didn’t realize it was for a wedding website. I would just include that information for those who need to reply. Then have those who are participating just text or email so you have a head count.

Hi Debby! You can create different events in your Guest List so when your guests RSVP online they will see options to RSVP for every event they are on the list for (so your zoom guests would only see the zoom option, but your in-person invites could see 2 options - for the wedding in person and for the zoom). Or you could just send paper RSVPs for the in-person event only!
