I'm inviting like 100..so far 97 people rsvp...I'm wondering if all these people are going to show...that's kind of the issue..the venue is with plated food so I have to pay per head...I'm hoping that everyone actually shows up...has anyone has invites not show up

Ye i know that they will show up ...i just wanted to get a head count of people that would ....we seem to be the talk of our friends and family

You won’t get a proper estimate of numbers until your RSVPs are in, but, safely assume at least some no's.

If it helps, I am having my wedding locally (with a handful of people travelling interstate for the wedding) and I am expecting a decline rate of at least 15% because frankly not everyone will come and there are people who will need to travel but won’t want to or otherwise have very young children and won’t be able to get a babysitter. Our venue holds 180 and we have 150 invited but are expecting anywhere from 115-135 to actually RSVP yes.
