I am not doing the famous one but want to send a wedding invitation to Cinderella as our wedding has hints of her in it and would just love to get my wedding invitation signed by her! I know seems childish

My fh is a huge Spider-Man fan and we are having a lot of Spider-Man stuff wishe worked into the wedding. Last week I sent an invite to Stan Lee with a note. I'm hoping to get a letter but if he shows up I would be so excited and my fh would probably faint lol. He doesn't know I sent it so anything that I get back will be a surprise!

I hadn't thought about this until I came on here! We need to order invitations in increments of 25. Right now we think 100 should be fine, but realistically we might need more like 105. If we end up ordering the 125 we'll have a ton of extras and might try sending to a celebrity, or Minnie and Micky Mouse.

We are sending an invite to the White House and I really wanna try the queen of England!!! Who knows if she’ll get it but I read online people have done it and theyve gotten responses back! How cool would that be!? Although, i’d much rather send one to William and Kate!!!

FH has a list of celebrities he wants to invite on the off chance they show.

I sent a STD to Travis Pastrana (Nitro Circus/MX Rider) with a note on the back without FH knowing as a possible surprise. My FH was an avid MX racer when we dated in HS & it’s our favorite sport. I also am thinking of sending Bubba Watson one as well as he loves to golf now. :-)

I personally am part of a few very different fandoms, most of which I share with my fiance, except for my love of football). I honestly have a few celebrities that I'd love to invite, and as a Green Bay Packers fan and shareholder (born in the Midwest, but now living in California. I did beg FH to get married at Lambeau Field, but he said no)....I'd love to invite Clay Matthews and Aaron Rodgers, but since my wedding is during football season and the night before a game (not sure of bye weeks yet), that would never happen.

Last month I thought wouldnt it be cool if Brian McKnight was at our wedding since one of his songs will be our first dance song, but yeah. Then there's other celebs (I'm a huge Trekkie and our wedding will be somewhat nerdy, so I'd love to invite Sir Patrick Stewart, but I know that would never happen either), but alas I'm being greedy.

I am not a fan of resurrecting old threads but I need to share we invited the Obamas. We received a beautiful hand signed letter from them!! Framed and on display!!!
