Is 100 guests enough to have an awesome reception?

So...my fear right now is that 100 guests may not be enough to have a fun reception. It sounds ridiculous I know. Our original guest list is in the 120s, but we have out of town guests, some people that will not bring plus ones (that I included in the count), and a few I am almost sure will not make...
So...my fear right now is that 100 guests may not be enough to have a fun reception. It sounds ridiculous I know. Our original guest list is in the 120s, but we have out of town guests, some people that will not bring plus ones (that I included in the count), and a few I am almost sure will not make it. So we are probably looking at 100 guests, hopefully not less than that.

Do you guys have any pictures, stories you would like to share for my peace of mind?

    I started worrying about the amount of guests as well, we are inviting 100 people and I'm sure only 70-80 will come. But then I started thinking about my cousins, sisters, brother in laws, and couple friends who really know how to have fun, with them the wedding will be a blast.
