Is 1hr of dancing enough?

I’m having a weekday evening wedding with a ceremony & reception all in one venue. Per our tentative timeline, we have about an hour of dancing before our send off. Does this sound like enough? Ceremony time starts at 6pm, reception ends at 10pm.

Do you anticipate that most of your guests will dance at your reception? If so, one hour sounds a little short to me, especially if some of that time will be used for any formal dances (first dance for the couple, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, etc). Are you able to move the ceremony start time to either a half hour or hour earlier? That would give everyone a little more time to dance and socialize.
