Is 2:00-2:30 too late to start serving brunch?

No! I find that most places serve brunch until at least 3 or 4. I wouldnt worry at all about it!

If it makes you feel better, we are doing "brinner" because we also love breakfast food but wanted to still have a dance party after, our ceremony starts at 3:30, cocktail hour 4-5, then breakfast-for-dinner after that! We're stoked and the guests we've talked to about it are really excited as well!

Hi Emjo! I wouldn't worry about it. Agreeing with AG, most places serve brunch foods late and there's no rules with your wedding brunch too. I love the idea of a brunch wedding! So unique. Will you be serving "breakfast beverages" too, like mimosas or juices?

It would be fine but I would also include some salad greens as well!

I would love a brunch option around that time and would like it even more since I didn't have to wake up at the crack of dawn to make it to your wedding lol

I just recently went to a bridal shower that started at noon but they served food around 1:30, and they had both breakfast and lunch food. It was a hit, most people went for the breakfast food over lunch! I think you'll be fine, like PPs said, if you want to throw some salad greens in.

I don't think so! As long as guests know that's when they will eat, maybe list it on your website? 2 PM is late for lunch.
